  Just had the WORST experience I've ever had at a Publix before! Me and a co-worker ordered online pickup at the deli. Obviously we did this so that when I went to pick it up I wouldn't have to wait and take too much time away from work. I got there at exactly 1:30 (my scheduled pick-up time) and the two subs weren't ready and there was a line of at least 5 people. I decided to get my other co-workers chicken tenders while I waited, and when the lady handed me the tenders (IN A PLASTIC BAG), I asked her if I should wait in line or if they would make my online order. All I got was accusation and plane rudeness after that moment. She continued to try and make me feel bad about placing the two sandwich orders separately (even though they were supposed to be ready at the same time so how could that even matter) because she couldn't find my ticket (though she could find the other) for over 10 minutes, and wouldn't start making the sandwiches until she did (even though she saw my online receipt). In the middle of putting our cheese on top of our veggies, she decided to stop what she was doing and yell loudly at her co-workers. By the time everything was said and done, I had waited 20 minutes past my ticket time and everyone else in the line when I got there plus one newcomer was gone. Not once did I receive a word of apology for ANY of their errors, only this woman trying to blame me. WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THIS LOCATION, and everyone should keep in mind that "they do not have a designated online order sandwich maker and they have to take care of everyone in line before they take care of online orders."
